The Salvation Army has put me in a tough predicament. I am remodeling my house furniture to somebody who may need it this 4th. So I thought of the Salvation Army as I have donated to them many times over the course of my life. I scheduled a pick up, had to wait 2 weeks. They wouldn’t do stairs so it took two of us to carry all this stuff down 3 flights of stairs in 100+ degrees heat. The people in the truck showed up, but to my surprise, only took a bunch of pictures and drove off. I could see this from my window  . Team MONAT also dropped in to visit Turning Point, our supported, independent living program for young mothers. They threw the ladies a pizza party! Lots of fun.
