NotesAnother amazing band is now back from the grave! Out Of Time were part of the 'neo-Sixties' underground movement during the mid-80s in Italy and were included in the legendary ‘Eighties Colours’ compilation.
Their short artistic life didn’t prevent the band to release a great album called "Stories We Can Tell" and share the stage with some of the most talented international bands of that time such as Long Ryders, Dream Syndicate, Smithereens, Go Betweens, That Petrol Emotion, Doctor and The Medics, Naked Prey...
This release includes their never reissued album "Stories We Can Tell" and many bonus tracks.
Any track has been remastered from the original source.

Official Music Video for 'Go To War' off of the new album 'The Stories We Tell Ourselves'. Do we feel safe? Hush my baby; make no sound Maybe we can wait each other out It’s a cold war Let’s go to war. With every settled score I thought that fighting with meant fighting for But you turn it around.
The Stories We Tell Ourselves is the fifth studio album by the American rock band Nothing More, which was released on September 15, 2017. It is the band's second album to be released on the Eleven Seven Music record label. The album's first single, "Go to War", topped the Billboard US Mainstream Rock Songs chart in November 2017. The band received three Grammy Award nominations related to the album; Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Song for "Go to War", and Best Rock Album for the album itself.
Fade in, Fade out Lyrics. About The Stories We Tell Ourselves. The Stories We Tell Ourselves is Nothing More’s sixth studio album. It was released September 15, 2017, and includes 18 tracks. This album is supported by 2 singles, Don’t Stop and Go To War which were released June 23, 2017. The Stories We Tell Ourselves Q&A.
Their latest album The Stories We Tell Ourselves seeks to once again supply listeners with a fresh batch of heavy-hitting rock tracks, this time with an even heavier dose of electronics. The real strength of this band, one which continues here, is the energy they can pack into a song. That’s an area a whole host of modern rock bands tend to falter in. Go to War was a smart choice for lead single. What I want to see on their next album is more experimentation like what we hear at the end of Fade In/Fade Out. I'm hoping for some heavy songs with guitar solos and other instrumental breaks so as to contrast and supplement Hawkins' vocals.

The one oddity about The Stories We Tell Ourselves comes toward the second half. The instrumental interlude of "Accept, Disconnect" leads into heaviness for sure in the fist-pumping "Go to War," but the following songs are where the true growth of Nothing More comes to the forefront. Just Say When" is one of the most beautiful paeans to a broken relationship not just by Nothing More, but ever. And for anyone who has ever had absentee father issues, "Fade In, Fade Out" will absolutely break your heart.

Nothing More’s latest effort, ‘The Stories We Tell Ourselves’ is their 6th studio album set to drop September 15, 2017. Nothing More has enjoyed success with their previous outings and this effort should be no different. The final intro on the album, End/Begin is another vignette with an overly melancholy feel which leads into the equally melancholy Fade InFade Out which has a wonderfully heavy guitar line in the chorus, but maintains the overall somber vibe of the song. The lyrics are rather heavy-hearted containing lamentations of the strain on a son’s relationship with his father. It seems a fitting culmination. The Stories We Tell Ourselves’ is some of Nothing More’s best music to date.
Buoyed by that success, The Stories We Tell Ourselves fared even better, debuting at number 15 on the 200 chart. Produced by lead singer Jonny Hawkins and the band, the album finds them digging even deeper into a set of songs rife with anthemic choruses and visceral grooves. Included on the album are the singles "Go to War," "Don't Stop," and "Let 'Em Burn.
