Wonderful Thing ‎(7", Single).

Like Michael Jackson later in the '70s, though, he does much better with party songs such as the groovy "Latin Soul" and "Ain't No Big Thing," though his frequent attempts to let out a soul shout are misguided at best.

Ralfi Pagán (born Rafael Pagán; 1947–1978) was a Bronx, New York-based Latin soul and salsa singer of Puerto Rican and Cuban parentage who was active from the mid-1960s until his death in 1978. He specialized in soul ballads sung both in Spanish and English and released five albums during the 1970s. He is well known for the duet with Sylvia Robinson entitled Soul Je T'aime and for his solo reworking of Make It With You previously recorded by David Gates and Bread. The first recording released by Pagán was an all-but-unnoticed 45RPM single recorded in New York and released in 1966 on the RCA Victor label under the name Ray Paige. Subsequently, as a backing vocalist Pagán featured on a number of recordings by King Nando's Orchestra (real name Fernando Rivera) before in 1969, Pagán released the self-titled album, Ralfi Pagan, on Fania Records produced by Kenny Vance.

In 1978 Ralfi Pagan passed away. Such a tragic loss, to lose such a wonderful person who made so many people smile. Gone but never forgotten. My condolences to Ralfi Pagans Family. Your music is wonderful. I will forever hold a special place in my heart for you. An Angel whispered take my hand and come with me you're work here is done. I went away to a place where there's no tears, nor sorrow only laughter and smiles, there will. Note: I have uploaded this music for the sole purpose of helping support and promote Ralfi Pagan.
