I Am the Cosmos, You and Your Sister - Сингл от Chris Bell. В альбом вошло 2 треков.

I Am the Cosmos is the only solo album by the American pop-rock musician Chris Bell, eventually released in 1992 by Rykodisc, having been recorded over a period of two to three years during the mid-1970s. Bell had previously been a member of Big Star. In 2009 the album was remastered and re-released in a deluxe two-CD version by Rhino Handmade with alternate versions and additional tracks, and three songs by Bell's pre-Big Star groups, Icewater and Rock City

Every night I tell myself "I am the cosmos I am the wind" But that don't get you back again Just when I was starting to feel okay You're on the phone I never want to be alone. Never want to be alone I hate to have to take you home Want you too much to say no, no Yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah. Never want to be alone I hate to have to take you home Want you too much to say no, no Yeah, yeah, yeah Yeah, yeah, yeah

I Am The Cosmos ‎(2xCD, Album, Dlx, RM). Rhino Records (2). 8122795621. Often magnificient album from Chris Bell in a desolated, deliquescent morphine and whisky fuelled country-rock mood. But, where one can prefer "You And Your Sister"'s heavenly interpretation by This Mortal Coil instead of the slightly messy/drunk original present here, one song particularily hits the soul : "Look Up". An absolutely breathtaking moment of slowed-down icism sung with an aching fallen angel voice, that can easily bring the toughest listener to tears. One to be played at 1st class funerals. Unreleased for over 15 years, I Am the Cosmos is nevertheless an enduring testament to the brilliance of Chris Bell; lyrically poignant and melodically stunning, this lone solo album is proof positive of his underappreciated pop mastery.
