An album may hit me personally in a very different way than it hits you. That’s complexly natural and unavoidable, which is why I try to include some personal context in. .

No Security captures a stand-out Stones show, with the band on searing form during the closing leg of their American tour in San Jose. Treating the crowd to an up-close and personal experience and leaving a frenzy in their wake

The No Security Tour was a Rolling Stones concert tour to promote the concert album No Security. They decided to do a tour with crowds less than 20,000 after the worldwide enormous Bridges to Babylon Tour with crowds of up to 100,000.

Starring: Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, The Rolling Stones, Charlie Watts, Ronnie Wood. See full cast & crew. Eagle Rock continues what has been a rather interesting set of releases culled from the video archives of The Rolling Stones, all of which have been branded as "from the vault" and all but one so far put out on so-called "SD BD" formats, meaning that video is upscaled and not always in great looking condition.

No Security is a live album by The Rolling Stones released by Virgin Records in 1998. Recorded over the course of the band's 1997–1998 worldwide Bridges to Babylon Tour, it was the band's eighth official full-length live release. Not wishing to repeat songs on previous live albums Still Life (1982) and Flashpoint (1991), the Rolling Stones for the most part chose songs that had never been on a live release, including four from the band's most-recent studio album Bridges to Babylon (1997).

The Rolling Stones’ No Security tour ran from January to June 1999 through North America and Europe. It followed on from the colossal Bridges To Babylon tour and took its name from the No Security live album recorded on that 1997/98 tour. In reaction to the huge stadiums played on Bridges To Babylon the conscious decision was made to book smaller venues for the initial North American leg of the No Security tour. This latest addition to the acclaimed From The Vaults series was filmed at the San Jose Arena in front of an audience of a little over 30,000 (intimate by Rolling Stones standards!).

The set list spans from the mid-sixties hit singles to the Bridges to Babylon album, including a bluesy, dramatic version of ‘Midnight Rambler’, a dark and swaggering ‘Out of Control’, and the rarely performed live, ‘Some Girls’ and ‘Saint of Me’. The show was an electrifying, anthem-packed, cross generational hot ticket, concluding yet another chapter from the band.
