George Jones was an American country music singer-songwriter who released many successful albums from the 1960s through the 80's. Though his most notable work was his releases on singles, there is much to appreciate about Jones in his many album releases. Oftentimes, Jones was called the Greatest Living Country Singer, and has inspired many artists in not only country music's scope.

George Jones: Golden Hits. My only two gripes with this one are that it is too short and not all the songs are the original recordings. Case in point: "Race Is On", "She Thinks I Still Care" "Tender Years", and "White Lightnin'".
