28 After is the purported sequel to French duo Black Devil's entirely non-mythic 2004 Rephlex debut. That effort was supposedly recorded in 1978 and not reissued until 28 years later, hence the pun title of this release.

Black Devil Disco Club. The Devil In Us Lyrics.

Artists Black Devil Disco Club 28 After. 28 After Black Devil Disco Club. This album has an average beat per minute of 128 BPM (slowest/fastest tempos: 126/137 BPM).

The first Black Devil release was the relatively obscure Disco Club 6-track EP in 1978.

Bernard Fevre is considered to be the architect behind the first Black Disco EP, an EP that enjoyed massive, cult status and made him, 28 years later, release this exotic, nu-euro-disco sequel.

In 2004, the album Disco Club by Black Devil, which was allegedly recorded in 1978, appeared, prompting critical acclaim and questions of authorship. Eventually, the album was revealed to be the work of French producer Bernard Fevre, but listeners were not sure if it were really 26 years old or a clever new recording. The album's follow-up, 28 After, is just as ambiguous.

In stock now for same day shipping. In 2004 Aphex Twin's Rephlex label released an EP by Black Devil called 'Disco Club', a re-issue of a long lost supposedly Italo disco classic from 1978.
