Benga's second release was a collaboration with Skream, called "The Judgement". Further releases followed on Big Apple Records, Hotflush Recordings and Planet Mu, before Benga self-released his debut album Newstep in 2006. As dubstep garnered mainstream attention, Benga continued to release singles, including a collaboration with Coki of Digital Mystikz called "Night", that reached 98 in the UK Singles.

In stock now for same day shipping. Benga's debut for Planet Mu "Comb 60s", provides dancefloor devastation in the shape of deep hollow sounding sub bass and spine tingling stabs and chords, with jaunty pizzicato breakdowns. Killers About" meanwhile sustains a paranoid and dangerous chase scene atmosphere with 70s electric piano riffs, 80s electro percussion, and a contemporary twisting bassline.

Fohuginn
So delicate. So sparse. So minimal. So much space in the music. Space for your imagination to go wild. And there's the bass pressure holding it all together in cohesion. This doesn't sound like the production of someone making dubstep in the relatively early stages of it's evolution, it sounds entirely accomplished. Nobody is really taking any notice of dubstep any more but this is quality music regardless.
