Live, 2CD, Extra Tracks, Remastered. When I first heard "An Evening With John Denver" I was a new fan and immediately fell in love with this Album. Therefore my first time hearing songs such as "Rhymes and Reasons," "Today," and "Boy From the Country" were from this recording. Just listen to the heart-felt conviction with which he sings "Boy From the Country. When he soflty pauses at the end and then gently punctuates the piece with a touching high note, I think you'll understand a little more of what John Denver was all about.
