Glass Ghost ‎– Idol Omen. Label: Western Vinyl ‎– WEST066.

Official music video for "Like a Diamond" by Glass Ghost, from their new album "Idol Omen" on Western Vinyl. Directed by Peking (ww. uperpeking.

Since the release of their debut album Idol Omen in 2009, Glass Ghost's founding members Eliot Krimsky and Michael Johnson have kept busy.

Try refreshing this page. If that doesn't work, please visit our help page. This will cause a logout. Like their debut, LYFE was produced by Tyler Wood, who also produced Joan As Policewoman’s 2014 album The Classic.

Glass Ghost is Eliot Krimsky on Vocals and Keyboards and Mike Johnson on Drums. They used to play together in 'Best of Boston' at community centers, clothing stores and for kids. Then they played together in 'Flying', and now in Glass Ghost. Their debut album, 'Idol Omen' will be out on Western Vinyl recordings on Oct 27. Show more. Like A Diamond - Glass Ghost.

Idol Omen (which features Luke Temple and Sharon Van Etten ), was released in October of 2009 on Western Vinyl recordings. The song "Like a Diamond" was featured on the final episode of the HBO show Bored To Death. Jason Schwartzman makes out with a girl while the smoke from his joint fills the room; in the background are the sounds of Glass Ghost. Glass Ghost has appeared on NPR and Daytotter, as has toured and played with shows with White Rabbits, Deerhoof, Dirty Projectors, Here We Go Magic, and Sharon Van Etten. Currently, Glass Ghost is in the process of finishing their second album. It is due out summer 2013 on Western Vinyl recordings. Look out for their new music video for the upcoming single Sound of Money co-directed by Eliot Krimsky and Alex Reeves, shot entirely in the strange, beautiful and abandoned cyber-virtual reality world of Second Life.

Glass Ghost founding member Michael Johnson is the drummer for Dirty Projectors, and founding member Eliot Krimsky has been recording and performing with Here We Go Magic. LYFE also features Joan Wasser . Joan As Policewoman, Nat Baldwin of Dirty Proejctors, and Christopher Tignor of Slow Six and Wires Under Tension. Like their debut, LYFE was produced by Tyler Wood, who also produced Joan As Policewomans 2014 album The Classic. For the LYFE recording sessions, the group recruited many of their friends to contribute, including Joan Wasser of Joan As Policewoman, Nat Baldwin of Dirty Projectors, and Christopher Tignor of Slow Six and Wires Under Tension. Pushing their songs to new levels by working with Brooklyns musical elite is nothing new for Glass Ghost.
