Attributed to Cerebral Corps. Released: January 1, 1992. Saltzmann's often-surreal lyrics and the unexpected left turns the songs often take give Attributed To Cerebral Corps a surface similarity to Brian Eno's early solo albums; the sometimes disjointed recordings (the result of bass and drum tracks, among other instruments, being added to Saltzmann and Vickers' vocal, guitar and keyboard parts after the fact) further the comparison. Attributed To Cerebral Corps, however, succeeds entirely on its own merits. It's a pity the duo never recorded a follow-up.

Cerebral Corps was a one-off collaboration between Bay Area singer/songwriters Jeff Saltzmann and Bob Vickers. Their sole album, 1992's Attributed to Cerebral Corps, was recorded in an unorthodox fashion. Over the course of one evening, Saltzmann and Vickers recorded the vocal, guitar, and keyboard tracks for an album's worth of songs. Then the pair invited various musician friends to overdub drums, bass, backing vocals, pedal steel, and various percussion and string instruments onto the existing tracks

Bastards is the third full-length studio album from English thrash metal band, Cerebral Fix. It is their second on Roadrunner Records and follows Tower of Spite from the previous year. One line-up change occurred – Kev Frost replacing Andy Baker on drums and after the release, the band toured the UK and Ireland with death metal band, Obituary. The album was followed up swiftly by Death Erotica in 1992
