These Easy Baked Pork Chops only require a few spices to really make them stand out. They are juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Searing your meat before baking will also impact the cooking time. A good rule of thumb is 7 minutes of baking in a 400 degree oven per half inch of meat. If you sear your meat beforehand, reduce that amount of 2 minutes.

Plus, since this is oven baked BBQ chicken, you can make it all year long! Done in under 45 minutes, oven baked barbecue chicken is an easy weeknight meal with tons of flavor! I absolutely love this method for cooking chicken. I learned it from a magazine years ago and I’ve been making it weekly ever since. Bread the chicken by dipping them in egg and then in breadcrumbs. This skips the flour step – making them healthier – but still gives a good texture. Bake the chicken at a high temperature to sear in the flavor. The best part about this chicken recipe: it comes out perfectly every time and is never dry! Plus, it’s a super easy meal for busy weeknights.

1 cup white sugar, 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon unsweetened lemonade drink mix, 1/3 cup shortening. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, flour, baking soda, salt, and lemonade drink mix. Stir to blend. Cut in shortening with a fork or pastry blender until mixture resembles corn meal. Spoon about 1/3 cup mixture into 10 small containers or sealable plastic bags. Label and store in cool, dry place. Preheat Easy Bake oven

Preparation: Preheat. Coat baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground sirloin, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, panko bread crumbs, Fiber One, milk, and egg. Using a tablespoon, scoop mixture and mold into meatballs. Place on baking sheet. Bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes. I didn't have the actual Easy-Bake Oven cupcake pans, so I improvised by taking a stack of mini cupcake paper baking cups and cutting them in half, height-wise. If they're too tall, they won't fit into the Easy-Bake Oven. I also did not/could not find fat-free evaporated milk (what even is that?), so I used regular skim milk. That's still healthy, right?
