Jarle Bernhoft chronology. Ceramik City Chronicles (2009). Bernhoft is from Nittedal in Norway. He lived in New York City from 2014 until the summer of 2015 but has since moved back to Oslo. On September 1, 2008, singer Jarle Bernhoft released his first solo album "Ceramik City Chronicles". He showcases songs and videos on his MySpace site. He has done work with acclaimed Norwegian artists Kristin Asbjørnsen, Friko, Shining, Bigbang and Hanne Hukkelberg, doing guitar, bass, percussion, vocals, flute, et al. Guitarist Joff Nilsen, bassist Kim Nordbæk and drummer Fredrik Wallumrød formed the heavier metal outfit Dog Almighty, with singer Sindri from the Norwegian band Farout Fishing.

Jarle Bernhoft also known as Bern/hoft, is a Norwegian singer, t, composer and lyricist originally from Nittedal in Norway who has been a part of bands Explicit Lyrics and Span. Jarle's first musical endeavour came in 1996 when he formed a band called Explicit Lyrics with Fridtjof Nilsen. The band lasted three years and released three albums whilst together, the first being 'Fleshpulse' with 'Flow' and 'Lipshave' following. After Span dissolved, Bernhoft began to collaborate with a number of Norwegian artists including Hanne Hukkelberg, Dadafon, Bigbang. He also played with Green Granadas under the pseudonym Rod Hot. In 2008 he released his first solo LP 'Ceramik City Chronicles' which peaked at on the Norwegian Album Charts, his most successful release at the time. It received support from critics and fans alike.
